Step 3. Bring the E-Ticket print out and show up at our bus station 30 minutes before departure.

Parking in Rockville, MD

Some customers reported that it's illeagal to park at 460 Hungerford Drive. Their cars have been towed.

Please be aware that we do not provide parking service, we are only bus service provider. Therefore, we are not responsible for any towing charges.

As a courtesy to our customers, you can park at our Rockville office parking lot.

As we are experiencing tremendous growth, our competitors try to get our customers away. They cheated our customers and told them our company doesn't exist(Lier!!!). They ask our customers to pay additional money.

We have setup a new bus station in New York Manhattan. The new address is 13 Allen St. which is 5 minutes away of our old station(88 East Broadway). All of customers can wait inside the waiting lounge, no need to wait on the street any more.

We've been always trying to set first priority to our customer service even though we've been experiencing tremendous of passengers. The number of passengers we serve has increased tenfold! A lot of customers are very impressed by our fast response. They have been asking how we do it. We monitor all emails from our customers and order transaction emails on a regular basis. We find ticket problem even before our customer. If we think there is problem with ticket, we either call our customer or email inquiry immediately.

If you are not sure the date and time to travel, we suggest you to buy "Open" ticket from our agents or local grocery stores. All open tickets are valid for a year from purchase. You can reserve your seat online 1 day before departure.

During the July 4th weekend, we are experiencing unprecedented volume of passengers. For example, on July 5th, DC=>NY 1:00 PM, we have run 6 buses. Still some customers had to take next bus which is 5:00 PM.

TO BE FAIR to everybody, we take reservation online now. All E-Tickets are automatically reserved seats. Tickets purchased through agents or local grocery stores ARE NOT GUARANTEED seats unless customers make reservation online or through the phone. We only take reservation at least 1 day before departure.

Charged twice

Some customers are concerned of being charged twice when purchase tickets online. We know that not everybody is computer guru. Besides, sometimes network is very slow. Your browser might not work well either. This happens to us too. That's why we are watching every order in real time. We are glad to refund your money as soon as we find out or notified by customer. If you only receive one order notification, you are not charged twice.

DC,MD,VA customers can buy tickets at local grocery stores. It's so convenient. Also you can save $5 on a roundtrip ticket(DC<=>New York). ($30 instead of $35 online) Ticket is valid in a whole year. You can use the ticket anytime within a year from purchase.

Guarantee Seats for online tickets

Some customers ask about if we can reserve seats for them. We are running a different model than Greyhound or other bus companies. We try to make things simple and bring convenience to our customers.

Here is the boarding sequence we are using.

First, we let customers who bought tickets online board bus.

Second, we board those customers who has bought tickets from local grocery stores(https://www.apexbus.com/localstore.aspx) or hold tickets purchased before.

Third, if there are seats still available, we will sell tickets at bus station.

If we have quite a lot customers, for example, every friday 5:00PM from DC to NY we run three buses (two of which are standby buses), we use our standby buses if there are any available.

We try to get everyone onto our buses. However, if our customers buy tickets online or local grocery stores, it will make our life and our customers' travel experience easier!

Wrong tickets

One of customers who bought a ticket from us tried to take a bus from Rockville, MD to New York. She was deceived to get on Eastern Travel bus. She ends up paying twice for the trip. What a croak of Eastern Travel. We decided to give the lady one free ticket.
