Fast Response

A lot of customers are very impressed by our fast response. They have been asking how we do it. We monitor all emails from our customers and order transaction emails on a regular basis. We find ticket problem even before our customer. If we think there is problem with ticket, we either call our customer or email inquiry immediately.

Our goal is to make sure that our customers get what they paid for in a timely fashion. As always, we gurantee 100% satisfaction for all online purchases.

The Best Customer Service

As the largest Chinatown Bus company, we've been also trying to offer the best customer service to our customers. We know that we won't be so successful in this bussiness without support of our loyal customers.

Although we have non-refundable and non-exchangable policy for online purchase, if there's mistake, we are glad to change it. Or if there're unexpected events.

One customer emailed today that she's not sure whether Amtrak train is cancelled or not due to hurricane in Florida, she would like to buy a bus ticket but afraid that she will not get refund if the train is not cancelled. NO PROBLEM, this is our answer. We are glad to do our customers favor in case of unexpected events.

We will be happier to take customers to their destination SAFE and SOUND. This is what our service is about.
