Wrong tickets

Due to July 4th holiday, we've got a record high number of customers! -:)

In the mean time, we have helped 7 customers changed their tickets. This is the highest requests in one day. But we are happy as our customers are happy too! Here is a quote from our customer after he/she made a wrong purchase,
