For physically challenged people- We Can Help!

If you are physically challenged, and would like to take our bus, we can make the special arrangement for you.

Here is the process:

Step 1. Purchase E-Tickets online at our web site. http://www.apexbus.com

Step 2. Send email to sales@apexbus.com and explain how we can help. (At least 48 hours before departure)

Step 3. Bring the E-Ticket print out and show up at our bus station 30 minutes before departure.

That's it. We will take care of you from there.

Parking in Rockville, MD

Some customers reported that it's illeagal to park at 460 Hungerford Drive. Their cars have been towed.

Please be aware that we do not provide parking service, we are only bus service provider. Therefore, we are not responsible for any towing charges.

As a courtesy to our customers, you can park at our Rockville office parking lot.
622 Hungford Drive. However, we are not responsible for any parking charges or stolen belongings.

Please put a copy of your bus ticket inside your car, otherwise your car will be towed!!!

Don't take wrong bus

As we are experiencing tremendous growth, our competitors try to get our customers away. They cheated our customers and told them our company doesn't exist(Lier!!!). They ask our customers to pay additional money.

Be careful, our loyal customers. Don't pay money to anybody if you already purchased a ticket. If you get cheated, we could not give out any refund, because it's not our fault.

No More Waiting on the Street in New York

We have setup a new bus station in New York Manhattan. The new address is 13 Allen St. which is 5 minutes away of our old station(88 East Broadway). All of customers can wait inside the waiting lounge, no need to wait on the street any more.

WE ARE THE ONLY LOW COST BUS COMPANY HAS OFFICE IN NEW YORK CHINATOWN. From now on, all of customers who take our bus do not have to wait on the street in any of destinations.

New York - Penn Station <=> Philadephia

Starting 10/06/2005, we will start a new bus line between New York Penn Station and Philadelphia chinatown.

The address for our new bus station in New York is 252 W 31st Street, between 7th and 8th street, right across Madison Square, only 1 mintue away. Super convenient for people who need to make transfer via train or other buses.

Refund

Although we have non-refundable and non-exchangable policy, if our bus has been cancelled for any reason, we will refund the money no question to ask.
